Neko Softworks Privacy Policy

What the app stores

• Your name, entered during setup.
• Your PIN, if you set one to lock the app.
• Your tasks: titles, descriptions, due dates, category, checklist items and done status.
• Your settings.

All of this is saved in the app’s local storage on your device.

What we don’t do

• We don’t have accounts, so there is nothing to sign up for.
• We don’t upload your data to any server.
• We don’t sell or share your information with anyone.
• We don’t use advertising or tracking in the app.

Notifications

NekoApp asks for permission to send notifications so it can remind you when a due date is near. Reminders are created and shown on your phone. You can turn them off in your phone’s settings at any time.

Deleting your data

• Deleting a task removes it from the app. Deleted tasks stay in Recently deleted until you remove them there.
• Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling NekoApp erases everything it saved.
• Because nothing is stored elsewhere, we can’t recover your data if you delete it or lose your phone.

Children

NekoApp doesn’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it collects nothing.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects your privacy, such as adding online features, we will update this page and the effective date above.
